Delivery
We Take Card only deliver to the United Kingdom at this time. Orders are usually processed within next working day and orders are sent directly by We Take Card. For delivery we use Royal Mail for all orders, using their Business Tracked 48 service.
Refund Policy
Any refund must be requested within 30 days of receiving goods. Refunds are processed on return of the item to ourselves. Refunds can ONLY be made via the method of payment and on the card.
Product Warranty
All Sumup Card Machines come with a 1 year manufacture warranty which covers non-customer caused damages. The warranty commences from the date of purchase.
We will initiate the returns process with SumUp who will provide the returns address. SumUp will then test the defective Hardware, and if they confirm there are defects a refund will be issued within 30 working days of receipt. SumUp decision is final.
